Our managed plans start at $1,999 a month on month-to-month terms, or $1,499 a month if you choose annual billing. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and Ontario clients add 13% HST. Ad spend, where you use it, is paid directly to Google and isn't included. These are the Trades.Agency plans, because Burlington.Agency is part of that family.

The three plans
| Plan | Month to month | Billed annually | What it covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $1,999/month | $1,499/month | Core digital marketing for an established business |
| Elite | $3,999/month | $2,999/month | Marketing across several channels at once; Trades.Agency website design packages cost half price on this plan |
| Enterprise | $7,999/month | $5,999/month | Your own dedicated marketing team and priority support, with a website design and build in any package at no extra charge |
All plans are month to month with 30 days' notice to cancel. Annual billing is cheaper and entirely optional. The full and current details are on the Trades.Agency pricing page. If anything there differs from this page, the Trades.Agency page is the one to trust.
Eligible businesses can also start with a free 30-minute first consultation, separate from any paid plan.
What drives the cost for a Burlington business
Plan choice usually comes down to four things:
- How many channels you need. Most small businesses need one or two done well. A single storefront with a weak Google listing doesn't need multi-channel ads.
- How competitive your category is. A specialist clinic, a home-service company or a professional office competing across Burlington and Oakville faces more competition than a niche shop with few direct rivals.
- Whether you need a new website. The Elite plan halves the cost of Trades.Agency website packages, and Enterprise includes a website build.
- How many locations you have. A second location adds a second listing, more pages and more reporting.
Is a managed plan right for you yet?
A useful rule: your total marketing spend, including our fee and any ads, should be something your margins can carry while the work builds. Here is a quick check with example numbers.
| Example | Figure |
|---|---|
| Monthly revenue | $40,000 |
| Gross margin | 50%, so $20,000 |
| Year-one gross margin from one new customer | $200 |
| New customers needed each month to cover a $1,999 plan | about 10 |
If ten extra customers a month is realistic for a business your size, a managed plan can make sense. If you'd need fifty, it probably doesn't yet, and you'd get more from doing the basics yourself with our Google Business Profile checklist and our budget guide. We would rather tell you that than take a fee that doesn't pay for itself.
How to choose between the plans
- Choose Growth if you have one location, a reasonably sound website and need steady, competent local marketing: listing, reviews, pages and reporting.
- Choose Elite if you need more than one channel at once, such as local search plus Google Ads, or if your website needs rebuilding and the 50% design discount matters.
- Choose Enterprise if you run several locations or a fast-growing business and need a dedicated team and a new site included.
If you're torn between two plans, start with the smaller one. Moving up is easy. Paying for capacity you don't use is not.
What every plan includes, whatever the size
- A written scope and monthly cost before work starts.
- Accounts, domain and data in your business's name.
- Monthly reporting in plain language.
- A senior strategist as your contact, not a rotating junior.
- No lock-in: month to month, 30 days' notice.
Read the services hub for what each service involves, or the FAQ for questions about contracts and ownership. When you're ready, call, text or email us with your business type and a rough monthly budget, and we'll tell you which plan fits, or whether none does yet.
Frequently asked questions
Are there setup fees?
Check the current Trades.Agency pricing page for the full terms. Whatever your plan, any separately priced work is quoted in writing before you agree to it.
Is ad spend included?
No. Any Google Ads budget is paid directly to Google from your own account. Our plan fee covers the planning, management and reporting.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are month to month with 30 days' notice. Annual billing gives a lower monthly rate in exchange for a year's commitment, and it's optional.
What if $1,999 a month is too much for my business?
Then a managed plan probably isn't right yet, and we'll say so. Our guides cover the work you can do yourself, and a short consultation can point you to the one or two changes that matter most.
Do you charge HST?
Yes. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and Burlington businesses add Ontario's 13% HST.
